Settling an estate can be a difficult time for families, often it's necessary because a close relative has passed away or moved into a nursing home. We have been through these events in our personal lives as well and want to help in any way we can. We believe that an auction is not only the fastest but also the fairest way to distribute your family's treasures. 

We can hold your estate auction on the premises, a lot of interest can be generated if you choose to auction the contents as well as the home. Alternately we can move the property to an outside location for the auction, if it's a smaller estate we may combine with other estates to generate the most interest in the auction. We generally hold estate, collectibles, and antique auctions once per month. We can also offer to buy the entire estate if you need to generate the capital immediately. 

Business Liquidation Auctions
Going out of business is a difficult time for the business owners, we will inventory and list all items for sale online as well as in print advertising directed to customers who need what you're selling. We'll handle any title and lien searches and get your assets liquidated in a fast and professional manner.
