Both Joshua and Kendra are USPAP trained and certified Personal Property Appraisers, whether you need your personal property appraised for insurance reasons or anything else we can help!

As part of the auction or sale process your items need to be evaluated and identified to properly  determine the value based on condition and other specifics to each item. This process can often take a lot of time and hours spent researching. Photos and any provenance (proof of acquisition) will be helpful. We will do a general ballpark analysis to help you determine the best method of selling your items as part of the process. In depth valuation and written reports for estate settlement, insurance, or other uses are billable.
